By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.

Use of any functionality of steampunkcoffee.shipsbeans.com constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organisations not affiliated with our online business. Steampunk Coffee reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these Terms.

We aim to ensure the prices shown are correct. If an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However, Steampunk Coffee takes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

Even where your payment is accepted by our systems, no contract shall exist until Steampunk Coffee have dispatched the items to you.

Steampunk Coffee will not be held responsible for any loss, consequential loss or damage to any individual or business which may have occurred from the use (or misuse) of any product or any information contained on this website.


We place our utmost focus and efforts on quality control. We cup every batch of coffee we roast prior to shipping to ensure we are happy with its quality and consistency. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your coffee please contact us on roast@steampunkcoffee.co.uk immediately for assistance.


We cannot take orders by phone or email.

Card payments are made through a secure server. Steampunk Coffee do not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party.

For new customers, we will require payment prior to shipping and for existing customers we will expect payment within 14 days of invoicing. For any enquiries relating to billing please contact our accountant Anne Baird on annebairdca@yahoo.co.uk.


Please place your order by midnight on Sunday for delivery the following week. We ship Wednesday for delivery Thursday.

We always aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot accept liability for delay.

It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit.

We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as stated above.

No compensation can be offered for loss of wages due to failed or late deliveries.


We ship through ParcelForce who will notify you of expected delivery time. Wholesale orders are generally delivered on Thursdays. We offer free shipping on orders of 10kg or over to the UK and orders under 10kgs will be charged shipping at cost price. Please enquire for shipping charges for outside UK.


Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

If there is a problem with your order you must inform Steampunk Coffee within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund or replacement. To report a problem please contact roast@steampunkcoffee.co.uk. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds after this time period has elapsed, but we will do everything in our power to try to work something out.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
